Welder Job in Doha
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team working in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the welding of various materials including steel, aluminum, copper, and other alloys in accordance with established standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of welding processes and techniques as well as excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints or job specifications to determine appropriate welding technique
• Interpret engineering drawings or specifications to determine appropriate weld preparation and welding processes
• Set up components for welding according to specifications by using clamps, jigs or fixtures
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) or Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
• Inspect welds to determine structural soundness and compliance with specifications
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material
• Maintain equipment in a clean condition and perform minor maintenance when necessary
• Follow all safety protocols when operating machinery or handling materials
Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma/certificate or equivalent certification required
• Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
• Certification from recognized organization is an asset
• Ability to interpret blueprints/drawings accurately
Other Requirements:
• Must possess valid Passport/Visa if necessary
• Must possess own transportation
