We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in our café.

The ideal applicant should have a passion for coffee and a flair for creating unique and delicious drinks. An eye for detail and an understanding of the craft of coffee making is essential.

The Barista should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, taking responsibility for their own station and ensuring that all menu items are prepared quickly and correctly. Responsibilities will include maintaining a clean workspace, stocking ingredients, preparing drinks, taking orders, answering customer questions, processing payments, upselling products, and resolving customer complaints.

The successful candidate must have at least two years’ experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting. They should possess excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality that can engage customers in conversation. Knowledge of specialty drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos is preferred but not essential.
