The main duties of this position include:
• Delivering lessons according to the curriculum plan
• Creating lesson plans and materials in accordance with the curriculum standards
• Assessing student performance, providing feedback, and keeping accurate records
• Developing classroom rules, evaluating student performance and encouraging positive behavior
• Communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
• Utilizing instructional technology such as projectors, computers, tablets etc.

This position also requires the Teacher to be responsible for facilitating learning by maintaining a healthy environment where students can explore their potentials. The Teacher should be able to motivate students by creating an atmosphere that encourages enthusiasm for learning. They must also ensure that all safety procedures are followed during class activities.
