Business Manager - Doha

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization’s business operations and ensuring that the objectives of the organization are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Duties:
The Business Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating all business operations within the organization. The successful candidate will manage staff members, including hiring, training and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. The individual must also ensure that all organizational objectives are met within budget constraints, as well as develop strategies to increase sales and profitability. Additionally, this role requires the individual to create and maintain financial reports, analyze data trends in order to forecast sales plans and costs accurately, provide input on product development initiatives as needed, review contracts between the business and outside partners/vendors, conduct market research when needed, manage relationships with strategic partners/clients/vendors, recommend cost-efficient solutions to operational problems that arise within the organization’s operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role;
• Knowledge of accounting principles;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software programs;
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written);
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team;
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
