Truck driver in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to take on the responsibility of driving and operating a vehicle in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of roads and highways in Abu-Dhabi, as well as experience with vehicle safety regulations. They will also possess strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Truck Driver must also have good communication skills and be able to work cooperatively with other members of the team.

Responsibilities include:
• Delivering goods from warehouses to customer locations
• Securing vehicle cargo prior to transport
• Inspecting vehicles for any mechanical or safety concerns
• Maintaining accurate daily logbooks for deliveries
• Keeping up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws pertaining to transport
• Responding immediately to any mechanical or other issues that arise while en route
• Performing routine maintenance checks on vehicles
• Ensuring that goods are delivered on time, safely and securely.

Qualifications:
• A valid driver’s license and at least two years’ experience driving commercial trucks in Abu-Dhabi is required
• An immigrant is welcome to apply
• Excellent knowledge of roads and highways in Abu-Dhabi is essential
• Experience with vehicle safety regulations is preferred
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with other team members
