Job Requirements:
• Previous experience operating cranes is required for this position
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and safely complete tasks according to strict timelines
• Possess strong knowledge of crane control systems and safety protocols
• Must be able to work in high-pressure situations while remaining focused on safety
• Must have strong communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Must be able to read technical documents such as plans, diagrams and operations manuals
• Fluency in English is essential for this role

Responsibilities:
• Operate crane equipment according to company regulations in order to move materials around the worksite safely
• Monitor crane operations closely in order to ensure safety of personnel working onsite or near the machinery
• Make sure that all equipment is inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage before use
• Assist with maintenance when necessary by performing inspections or minor repairs
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations such as hours worked, maintenance history or any incidents which occurred during operation
