Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of a Barista include preparing hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications, operating coffee equipment including grinders and espresso machines, cleaning counters and other surfaces where beverages are prepared or served, stocking supplies such as coffee beans or milk, interacting with customers in a friendly manner while taking their orders, maintaining knowledge of menu items’ ingredients and prices, adhering to health safety standards when handling food or beverages.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have some previous experience working as a barista or similar role within the food service industry. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills along with an ability to provide excellent customer service at all times. Knowledge of basic food safety standards is essential for this role. Additionally, candidates should possess basic math skills along with the ability to multitask effectively while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
