We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cashier to join our team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of basic cash handling procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills.

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and efficiency are essential. The successful applicant must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, provide accurate change for customers and process transactions quickly and accurately.

The successful candidate must have:
• At least one year of Cashier experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and remain organized while working
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Working knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs

The Cashier will be responsible for managing all financial transactions efficiently, accurately, and courteously. This includes processing payments for goods or services through cash, credit/debit cards, checks, etc., providing correct change to customers when necessary; ensuring that the correct amounts are deposited into the correct accounts; verifying that all transactions are completed properly; processing refunds; reconciling daily receipts; creating daily reports; reconciling accounts; monitoring transactions on bank statements; following all safety protocols set by the company; assisting in the training of new Cashiers when necessary; providing excellent customer service to customers both in-person and over the phone. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with handling any complaints or inquiries that may arise.
