We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. This is a great opportunity for an innovative and motivated individual to lead the culinary team in our 5 star hotel.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills. They must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism while managing a large team of chefs and culinary staff. A deep knowledge of international cuisines and an eye for detail are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing recipes and menus for all dining outlets in the hotel
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and quality standards
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen
- Recruiting, training, motivating, and appraising staff
- Managing budgets, ordering ingredients, and ensuring that all supplies are available at all times
- Exploring new ideas to create exciting dishes that meet customer expectations
- Liaising with other departments within the hotel such as front office or banqueting to ensure efficient service delivery

Candidates should possess:
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience/qualifications
- At least 5 years relevant experience as Executive Chef or similar position within a 5 star hotel environment
- Creative flair with an eye for detail
- Excellent leadership skills
