We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of machines used for production. This includes setting up machines, monitoring their performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient operation. You should also be able to troubleshoot and repair machines when needed.

To qualify for this role, you should have a technical background and experience in machine operation. You should also be able to work independently with minimum supervision and hold yourself accountable for meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Monitor machine functionality and make adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
• Carry out periodic maintenance on machines
• Inspect machines regularly and document any changes
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisors
• Maintain updated records of machine operations
• Keep up with the latest technology related to machine operations

The ideal candidate must have good analytical skills, excellent mechanical abilities, good communication skills, and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once. A formal degree in engineering or similar field is an added advantage. We offer an attractive salary of 1400 Kuwaiti Dinars/month that is commensurate with experience.
