Project Manager Role - Reef Al Fujairah City

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from start to finish
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of all assigned projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. This will involve overseeing the entire project life cycle, from conception through implementation. Specific tasks include:
• Developing project plans, including timelines and milestones • Identifying resources needed for each stage of the project • Tracking progress against baseline objectives • Coordinating between project teams, stakeholders, vendors etc. • Adjusting plans when needed due to cost overruns or other issues • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and all applicable regulations • Analyzing data collected during the course of the project • Preparing reports for stakeholders on the status/progress of projects • Negotiating contracts with vendors related to the project • Evaluating performance metrics post-project completion
