Office assistant in Khawr Fakkan, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and performing administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, preparing documents and providing general support to staff.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working independently is also essential. Previous experience in an office setting would be an advantage but is not necessary.
The successful candidate will need to:
• Execute administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation and data entry
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and provide customer service
• Assist with the organization of office operations
• Assume responsibility for daily mail distribution
• Manage the reception area by welcoming guests
• Compile reports, spreadsheets and presentations when needed
