Responsibilities include:
• Developing product display plans with the goal of maximizing sales;
• Building relationships with customers;
• Analyzing customer feedback and trends;
• Training new team members;
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activity;
• Working closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that increase sales; and
• Ensuring store displays are attractive, organized, and accurately reflect current inventory levels.
