We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.

The Sales Manager’s main responsibilities include managing and leading the sales team to ensure goals are met and exceeded, analyzing customer needs, developing strategies to increase market share, maximizing growth opportunities and monitoring competitor activities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to maintain relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities.

The successful candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in sales management with a successful track record of achieving targets. They should also have experience working in a customer service environment and be able to lead from the front. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred but not essential. Fluency in English is also essential for this role.
