We are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef for our restaurant located in Jabal-Ali. This role requires a qualified professional with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of food preparation, presentation, and service.

The successful applicant must demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be able to manage their own workloads and motivate others in the kitchen. A broad knowledge of international cuisines is essential as well as the ability to delegate tasks with confidence and authority.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standard whilst adhering to food safety regulations at all times. They will also be expected to create innovative menus that appeal to our customers’ tastes and dietary requirements, order supplies from external providers, train staff on the proper preparation techniques and ensure that the kitchen is always running smoothly.
