Waiter in Khalifah A City, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team at Khalifah A City. The ideal candidate is friendly, focused, and able to provide customers with excellent service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and respond quickly to customer needs. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still providing quality service with a friendly attitude. Additionally, it is important that you have an eye for detail and are able to maintain a neat and organized workspace.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting customers promptly and courteously
• Taking orders accurately and processing payments
• Assisting fellow staff members in maintaining the dining room, kitchen, and other areas in the restaurant
• Preparing food items according to restaurant guidelines
• Checking dishes prior to serving for quality assurance purposes
• Ensuring that all dishes are served in a timely manner
• Cleaning tables after customers have finished their meals
• Maintaining knowledge of all menu items and their ingredients
• Answering customer questions about ingredients in menu items and other inquiries about the restaurant

Qualifications:
• At least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment • Awareness of local health codes • Immigrant status welcome
