Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced or inexperienced Carpenter to join our team in Khalifah A City. This position requires the ability to build, repair and maintain structures, furniture and other objects using a variety of hand and power tools. The successful candidate should be able to take direction from supervisors, be reliable, organized and possess excellent carpentry skills.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The successful applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent as well as at least 2 years of carpentry experience. Knowledge and experience with a variety of hand and power tools is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and diagrams. The applicant must also be physically able to perform the duties of the job which include lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods of time, bending over and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities:
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building structures such as walls, cabinets, shelves, furniture or any other structure that requires carpentry work. You will need to read blueprints or drawings to determine dimensions of structure or form that needs to be built. You will use a variety of hand tools such as saws, hammers and screwdrivers as well as power tools such as drills in order to construct the desired item. Additionally you may need to repair existing items by replacing faulty parts or components or strengthening weakened sections with new material. You may need to measure materials accurately prior to cutting them in order to ensure they fit correctly once assembled into the structure.
