Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Chef who is able to prepare delicious meals and create innovative dishes. The Chef must be able to manage their kitchen efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all food is cooked hygienically and safely to the highest standards. The Chef will also be responsible for developing menus, creating new recipes, observing hygiene regulations, monitoring food supplies and costs, supervising staff, training junior chefs and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Required Qualifications:
A successful candidate must have experience working with large kitchen teams in a professional setting as well as experience preparing various types of international cuisine such as Italian, French or Asian. You should also possess excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in order to maintain high standards of quality control within the kitchen. You should also hold relevant qualifications in food hygiene or health & safety regulations; valid work permit; good command of English language; experience working with immigrants; ability to work under pressure; enthusiasm for learning new techniques and recipes; outstanding communication skills; knowledge of modern cooking techniques & equipment; knowledge of nutrition principles & allergens; passion for great flavors & presentation of dishes.
