We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Barista to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing hot and cold drinks using our special recipes and equipment. They will also ensure the efficient operation of the cafe by providing superior customer service, stocking supplies, and following health & safety procedures.

The position requires excellent customer-service skills as well as a strong knowledge of coffee production and preparation techniques. We are looking for an individual with a friendly attitude, great attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role;
• Knowledge of espresso machines, latte art, and other coffee production techniques;
• Ability to multitask efficiently;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• The ability to work independently or part of a team;
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 25lbs;
• Open availability (weekends/holidays included).
