Land surveyor in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and measuring distances, angles, elevations, and other characteristics of the land to provide accurate records of the area's boundaries.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of surveying techniques, excellent mathematical skills with an eye for detail. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Interpreting survey results and drafting reports
• Planning surveys using software such as AutoCAD
• Setting out reference points for construction projects
• Collecting data on land features such as contours, boundaries and distances
• Measuring angles and distances between points using various surveying equipment
• Performing GPS surveys
• Maintaining accurate records of all survey data

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, mathematics and AutoCAD software
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
