Surveyor - Riyadh (900 SAR)
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the surveying of land and buildings, collecting data and preparing reports.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a surveyor who is highly motivated and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills and a passion for accuracy. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting data on location, elevation and contours of land through surveying tools such as total station, GPS or GIS systems
- Establishing control networks using existing features such as roads or rivers
- Analysing aerial photographs or satellite images to create maps
- Creating 3D models of the earth’s surface or subsurface formations using computer programs
- Preparing plans, maps and reports in a timely manner according to project specifications
- Maintaining accurate records of surveys including drawings, sketches, notes and digital data.

Key Duties:
- Confirming the accuracy of survey data by comparing it with reference points or standards of measurements
- Calculating heights, depths and relative positions of geographical points using trigonometry or other scientific methods
- Identifying potential risks associated with the projects such as safety hazards or environmental concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Surveying/Geomatics/Geography or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; however we are happy to consider applicants with no experience
- Ability to interpret blueprints, maps etc. accurately
- Strong knowledge of surveying systems; total station, GPS or GIS systems etc.
- Excellent problem solving skills
