Electrician in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking to fill an Electrician position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and servicing electrical systems, performing wiring and repairs, and troubleshooting electrical problems.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical systems, experience with wiring, installation, repairs, and maintenance. Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to read and interpret blueprints is required. An understanding of industry best practices also is important.

The salary for this role is 1700 AED per month and we are open to considering applicants from abroad as well as those without experience.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
• Install new electrical systems in accordance with industry standards
• Troubleshoot existing systems to identify areas of improvement
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing systems
• Read blueprints or technical diagrams to determine the best approach for wiring or repairing electrical systems
• Follow safety protocols while working with live wires or hazardous materials
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure the safety of others
• Provide clear communication when interacting with customers or other personnel
• Monitor performance of all installed equipment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations

To be successful in this role you should have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Technical certification in a related field such as Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation Technology (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams • Understanding of safety protocols when working with electricity • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
