We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is passionate about making great coffee and enjoys interacting with customers.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with espresso-making techniques
• Knowledge of various coffee beans and brewing methods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• No experience necessary, but barista experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Must be able to communicate in English (knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare beverages according to company standards; this may include espresso drinks, teas, drip coffee, smoothies, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café in accordance with health codes and standards set by the company. This includes countertops, equipment, tables, utensils, floors, etc.
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the café; take orders from customers accurately; accept payment from customers; provide change or charge card as necessary.
• Answer questions about menu items including ingredients; suggest items or modifications based on customer preferences.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels for all food items used during the shift; use only fresh ingredients when preparing drinks and other menu items.
