We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional kitchen, a passion for creating delicious dishes, and the desire to lead a team of creative, passionate chefs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen management, from menu development to staff training, budgeting and scheduling. They will ensure that food is prepared according to quality standards and that proper safety procedures are followed in the kitchen at all times. Additionally, they will work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded with every dish served.

To be considered for this role, we require:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a professional kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of food trends and preparation techniques
• Proven organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• A willingness to learn and mentor junior staff members
• Creative flair when developing new recipes
• The ability to manage a budget effectively
• Knowledge of health regulations related to food preparation/handling/storage

The successful candidate should also have an understanding of contemporary culinary trends as well as an appreciation for traditional styles of cooking. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is key. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is willing to consider taking on additional responsibilities if needed. Moreover, the required language is Arabic while English language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
