We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to drive the development and growth of our business by providing effective merchandising services.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for retail. An eye for detail and a solid understanding of retail operations is essential. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude and be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

The primary duties of the Merchandiser include:
• Developing marketing plans to increase sales, including store displays, product placement, and promotional activities.
• Ensuring that products are well stocked in all stores, ensuring sufficient inventory levels are maintained at all times.
• Working closely with distributors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries of products.
• Analyzing sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and make recommendations regarding product placement, pricing, promotions, etc.
• Establishing relationships with customers and gaining feedback on product quality in order to improve future offerings.
• Maintaining records of sales performance on a regular basis as well as updating promotional materials as needed.
• Monitoring competitor activity in order to stay ahead of the competition when it comes to product offerings and marketing strategies.

The successful candidate must have at least one year’s experience in merchandising or related field along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
