RESPONSIBILITIES

• Baking a wide variety of Pizza doughs including thin crust, thick crust, and cheese stuffed.
• Preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients to be used as toppings, and removing pizza debris from the pizza ovens.
• Cook appetizers like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic bread, and salads.
• Cut, slice, and grill meats like chicken, ham, and beef.
• Performed other duties as assigned by the executive chef.
