HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, training and development and compensation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of employment law, and the ability to handle complex cases.

Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures. This includes managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that all legal requirements are met. Other duties include overseeing employee relations, managing disciplinary action, administering performance appraisal systems and developing compensation plans. The HR Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance on employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Knowledge of current employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
