HR Manager Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human resources function of the organisation, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should be familiar with UAE labour law and have a sound understanding of best practices in human resource management. We are seeking a candidate who can think proactively, take initiative, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the success of our team.
The HR Manager will be expected to lead recruitment efforts for all roles within the organisation, developing job descriptions and advertising vacancies as appropriate. They will review resumes and interview candidates as necessary before selecting applicants for hiring. Once hired, the HR Manager will oversee onboarding procedures to ensure that new employees have a smooth transition into their role.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the HR Manager will be responsible for conducting performance reviews and managing disciplinary processes if needed. They will create and implement policies related to employee benefits such as leave entitlements and health insurance plans. Furthermore, they should be able to provide guidance on employee relations issues when needed.
The HR Manager should possess strong communication skills along with excellent organisational abilities. They must be able to handle data accurately while remaining up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
