Restaurant Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of the restaurant and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Restaurant Manager will be expected to lead, manage and motivate staff, respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, ensure all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, analyze customer feedback and maximize profitability through effective cost control. The manager should also have excellent organizational skills, sound knowledge of business operations, marketing strategies and financial management.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting
• Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction levels
• Good interpersonal skills & ability to build relationships with customers
• Strong leadership skills & the ability to motivate staff
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and maximize profitability through effective cost control
• Excellent organizational & time management skills

Salary: 1300 AED per month. We are willing to consider candidates from foreign countries.
