Restaurant Manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a highly-motivated individual with a passion for the food industry, and the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, monitoring staff performance, scheduling shifts, and working closely with the restaurant’s executive chef. They will also be responsible for developing menus, providing customer service, and ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, experience in budgeting would be advantageous.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
• Proven track record of increasing sales and reducing costs
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts as necessary

We offer an excellent salary package of 1000 AED per month along with potential bonuses based on performance. We are open to consider applicants from abroad who are willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
