We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires a person who is familiar with the security industry, has excellent problem solving skills, and is an effective leader. As Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations and personnel at our facilities in Abu-Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have a background in the security industry and be knowledgeable of the latest security practices and technologies. You must also demonstrate strong analytical thinking and decision making skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; have strong customer service skills; and be able to remain flexible in order to meet changing business needs.

We offer a competitive salary of 900 per month, plus benefits such as medical insurance, paid holidays, relocation assistance, etc., for the right candidate. We are also open to hiring foreign nationals for this role if they meet our criteria.

As Security Manager you will be expected to:
• Create and implement security policies and procedures
• Monitor staff performance and evaluate compliance with established procedures
• Maintain records of all security incidents or breaches
• Carry out regular inspections of premises and equipment
• Investigate any suspicious activity or breach of security regulations
• Work closely with other departments to ensure safety protocols are followed
• Recruit, train, develop, motivate and coach staff
• Monitor safety systems such as alarms or video surveillance cameras
