We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of our business, while also providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure that our organization meets its objectives.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a managerial role and be able to demonstrate strong decision making, problem solving and communication skills. As this is a managerial position, the candidate must also have excellent organizational, interpersonal and team-building skills.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, the Manager will also be responsible for developing long-term strategies for growth, hiring and training staff members, monitoring performance, budgeting and setting targets. The Manager will also need to have an understanding of financial information, legal regulations and company policies in order to make sound decisions.
