Petroleum Engineer

A leading oil and gas company in Dubai is looking for a Petroleum Engineer to join its team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for executing engineering concepts and strategies, designing, developing and producing oilfield operations, and providing technical support for the successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field, along with five+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. They must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently on projects. They must demonstrate knowledge of reservoir engineering principles and techniques, production engineering principles and techniques, drilling principles and techniques, pipeline engineering principles and techniques, project management principles, safety regulations in the oil industry as well as health regulations. The Petroleum Engineer must also demonstrate knowledge of mechanical design principles (structural/mechanical/electrical), economic evaluations/cost estimates of petroleum production activities (drilling/completion) as well as the ability to use computer software for reservoir simulations or other relevant applications.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 USD per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.
