Job Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing oil-related projects from concept to completion; this includes designing systems, researching new technologies, preparing cost estimates and managing budgets, implementing safety protocols and conducting tests on equipment. The engineer will also be required to monitor production processes, troubleshoot any problems that arise during the project’s development, and provide technical advice as needed.

Qualifications
• Degree in petroleum or related engineering field
• Knowledge of oil-related projects such as drilling operations and refining processes
• Ability to analyze data accurately
• Experience with software such as AutoCAD or similar CAD software is an asset
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while still being able to collaborate with other professionals
