Chef Position in Doha

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and highly skilled chef to join our team in Doha.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a wide variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, desserts and specialties. The ideal applicant should have a passion for cooking and experience in preparing high-quality dishes.

The key responsibilities will include:
- Developing menus with a focus on seasonal ingredients and local flavors, while keeping with the restaurant’s core concepts
- Ensuring that all food is prepared according to the highest safety standards
- Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen and all related areas
- Supervising the food preparation team to ensure that all dishes are prepared correctly and efficiently
- Costing each dish accurately to ensure profitability of the restaurant

Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional chef certification or other relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment is required
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff
