We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional who has a strong commitment to quality and excellence.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in the culinary industry, with a proven success record in creating and managing high-end, creative and innovative menus. The candidate should be well versed in all aspects of food preparation, presentation and service.

The Executive Chef must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. He or she must be able to lead the kitchen team while maintaining high levels of quality control, productivity and efficiency. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for budgeting, ordering supplies, developing new recipes and menu items as well as presenting the dishes to the highest standards of presentation.

The successful candidate should have an excellent understanding of food safety regulations and requirements with the ability to inspire other chefs through leading by example. He or she should also be able to take responsibility for all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, personnel development, equipment maintenance as well as cost control systems.
