We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be able to bring an innovative approach to menu planning, provide creative solutions for food presentation and costs control and be able to successfully manage a team of kitchen staff.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be well versed in international cuisine. They should have a passion for culinary excellence, strong organizational skills and the ability to work with a wide range of ingredients. The Executive Chef should also possess strong leadership qualities, have excellent communication skills and thrive under pressure.

The job requires creativity, problem solving and decision making skills as well as the ability to sell the company’s products with enthusiasm. The successful candidate should also be able to identify customer needs and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service.

A knowledge of food safety laws, regulations and standards is essential as is the ability to work with suppliers and other stakeholders in order to ensure high quality products are delivered on time.

The salary package on offer is 1400 AED per month plus benefits. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals who meet all the criteria mentioned above.
