Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a definitive end date. As such, they must be able to coordinate different teams, processes and activities while managing competing interests and deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks. They should have experience in project management software as well as a good understanding of data analysis techniques. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets
- Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
- Establishing timelines for certain tasks or overall project
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Developing effective communication plans to be shared with team members and stakeholders
- Evaluating performance results against goals
- Presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven success managing projects from conception through completion
- Knowledge of applicable methods and best practices in project management
