The primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to plan, organize, manage, and monitor all project activities from start to finish. This includes developing project scope statements, setting timelines, assigning tasks to team members, creating budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors, monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports for stakeholders and customers, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the course of the project’s lifecycle, and ensuring proper closure when the project has been completed.
