Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will serve as a wine and beverage professional, providing expert advice and guidance to guests on the selection of wines and other beverages from our comprehensive list. This position requires an organized and professional individual who is passionate about wine, enjoys working with people, and has an eye for detail.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong knowledge of wines from all over the world, be able to provide an educated opinion on different food & wine pairings, be passionate about customer service excellence and have excellent communication skills in English. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Sommelier is to act as a knowledgeable and helpful guide to our guests with regards to selection of wines and other beverages from our list. The Sommelier will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date wine lists; advising on vintages; suggesting food & beverage pairings; stocking cellar shelves; keeping accurate records of inventory; providing training to staff members; responding promptly to customer queries; providing feedback on product quality; helping design special menus; creating monthly reports on sales figures for management review; ensuring all health & safety standards are met at all times.
