We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should be able to provide administrative support, respond to inquiries, and manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
The Secretary will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and guests, so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in IT software and have a strong attention to detail.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Managing phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communication
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Greeting visitors in a professional manner
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as filing invoices or tracking expenses
• Updating records such as contact information or other databases
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
