We are a vibrant café located in the heart of Dubai. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and delivering excellent coffee to all of our customers. We are looking for a Barista to join our team who is passionate about coffee, has customer service experience and is willing to learn.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment where their skills will be developed and enhanced. The role will involve serving customers, preparing drinks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot/cold drinks according to customers’ orders
• Ensure that customer requirements are met
• Provide an efficient customer service
• Deliver high-quality drinks in line with company standards
• Adhere to strict health & safety regulations
• Keep the shop tidy and clean at all times
• Upsell products wherever possible

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a barista or similar role
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends as required
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations in a working environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues & customers alike
• Immigrant status is a plus but not required
