Pharmacist - Dibba-El-Fujairah

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent healthcare services to our patients, as well as ensuring the safety and accuracy of all medications dispensed. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month and is open to both local and immigrant candidates, regardless of experience.

The primary responsibilities of the Pharmacist include:
• Responsible for accurate filling and dispensing of prescriptions in accordance with the policies and procedures of the pharmacy
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding drugs, drug interactions, side effects, dosage instructions, storage instructions, health plans etc.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards
• Checking all prescriptions for accuracy prior to dispensing
• Maintaining adequate stock levels by ordering medications as needed
• Compounding medications according to doctors’ orders
• Reviewing patient profiles to identify possible drug interactions or allergies
• Providing patient counseling on proper use of prescribed medications
• Updating patient records with new information obtained from the doctor or customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• A valid Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or university
• Excellent knowledge of drugs, their composition and uses
• Strong computer skills and knowledge in medication management systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
