We are currently looking for a Mason to join our team in Doha. This is an excellent opportunity to make use of your skills in an international environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bricklaying, plastering and tiling. They should also have a good knowledge of the different types of materials used in these jobs and be familiar with the local regulations and safety standards.

Job Description:
As a Mason, you will be responsible for performing masonry work on site, such as laying bricks and stones for walls, stairs, columns etc., as well as plastering surfaces and tiling floors and walls. You will need to ensure that all work is performed accurately and safely, using the correct tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Following plans to accurately measure and lay bricks or stones
• Mixing cement or mortar for bonding purposes
• Selecting materials and tools according to their purpose
• Ensuring that safety regulations are followed at all times
• Inspecting surfaces before applying tiles or plaster
• Taking measurements for cutting tiles to size

Candidates must be reliable, motivated and able to take direction well. A degree in civil engineering or construction would be considered an asset. We are ready to consider a foreigner with valid visa/residence permit if required. The salary offered is 1400 QAR per month.
