A great opportunity has opened for an experienced Business Manager to join a successful, well-established organization in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business management, be highly organized and motivated, and have excellent communication skills.

The role of the Business Manager is to ensure that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing staff and overseeing operations, ensuring that customer service is top-notch, controlling budgets, coordinating projects, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for making decisions regarding company policy and procedures as well as managing staff issues.

Applicants should have a degree in business or related field as well as 5+ years of experience in business management. They must also possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to work independently or with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task is essential for this role.

The successful applicant should also possess strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization as well as external customers. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial but not essential.
