We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The Business Manager’s duties will include:
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer service;
• Monitoring financial performance of the business, setting targets, and making decisions to ensure optimal financial performance;
• Assessing customer needs, developing customer relations, and providing solutions;
• Developing new business relationships with potential customers;
• Managing staff, including recruiting, training, scheduling, performance reviews, promotions, etc.;
• Creating reports on sales activity and performance of the business;
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. They should also have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the Doha market is an advantage. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and good organizational abilities. They should also have good problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
