The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and business activities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations including but not limited to finance, marketing, sales, customer service and product development/management. He or she will also be responsible for developing effective strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives as well as managing business relationships with key stakeholders such as vendors and customers. Other duties may include setting up meetings with department heads to discuss progress on various projects, monitoring staff performance against set goals/objectives, providing training/mentorship when necessary and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in managing business operations preferably in a similar role or industry. He or she should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data properly in order to make sound decisions. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required if the applicant has extensive experience in the field. Additionally, strong leadership qualities are essential along with excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language is necessary for this position.

Other Information:
This position is open only to residents of Doha who are willing to work full-time hours (9 AM - 6 PM). We are willing to consider immigration applications from qualified applicants who meet all the requirements mentioned above.
