Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A diploma or degree in floristry or related fields
• Previous experience in arranging flowers or other floral products
• An eye for detail and creativity when it comes to design
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of floral industry trends and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
The Florist is responsible for:
• Creating beautiful flower arrangements according to customer specifications
• Keeping records of orders, design preferences, pricing information, etc.
• Stocking shelves with fresh flowers and other products
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Advising customers on flower types, prices, etc.
• Assisting customers in selecting flower arrangements
