The ideal candidate should have a degree in Chemistry or a related field, with knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures. Previous experience in the field is desirable but not essential. A good understanding of chemical processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices is also necessary. The job requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong problem solving skills.
