We are looking for a Waiter to join our restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, as well as an excellent knowledge of foodservice operations.

The Waiter must have the ability to take orders accurately and deliver them promptly. Additionally, they must be able to handle customer queries effectively and keep a positive attitude when dealing with difficult requests.

The successful candidate should have at least one year of waiter experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with other staff members in order to ensure the smooth running of operations.

The key responsibilities for this role include: taking orders, delivering food, checking customers’ ID when necessary, ensuring that all orders are correct before serving them, setting up tables in accordance with restaurant rules and regulations, collecting payments from customers and providing change when required.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of customer service principles, is capable of multitasking and has an eye for detail. The ideal candidate should also possess the following skills:

- Knowledgeable about different types of cuisine;
- Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously;
- Ability to respond quickly to customer requests;
- Familiarity with POS systems;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure;
- A valid work permit (if applicable).
